Thia Massage

I begin my Thai massage with yoga-like stretches. This is important and not to be ignored as it increases the benefits of the massage. I then continue the massage with gentle kneading with special emphasis on key pressure points and combine this with several breathing regimens. This enhances the effects of the massage as people become more flexible, feel healthier and learn how to relax. I do this with great joy and expertise and am constantly learning. I go back to the Philippines and other parts of Asia as often as I can to keep on learning from the masters of healing in that part of the world.
Meditation for Beginners:
Sometimes no matter what one dose, one feels that there is something"missing". One may not understand the feeling or thought but one is aware that the "restlessness" is there. One can be in pain. One can be angry. One can be afraid. One can be sad.

Stress is a given reality. Instead of de-stressing ourselves, we end up stressing ourselves. No wonder why we are distressed.

Studies have shown significant information in mind-body relationships. From the most visible part of our body to the most invisible, there is life. We can take advantages of the magnificent relationship through meditation and get you started with your own meditation practice as a way of life, a practice of the moment and a practice of your true nature.
